Breakfast

Good energy levels come with a balanced nutrition. Breakfast is supposed to provide your child with enough nutrients to get him/her through the intense activities of the morning. And you can't count on a donut for that. Some breakfast drinks would be a lot more appropriate under the circumstances. Wheat germs, apple juice and orange juice make a great combination. Other food hoices here include whole-grain muffins, hard-boiled eggs and finger food egetables.
